SALSA FUNDAMENTALS
This class sets the foundation for beginning students. You will learn all the basic holds, footwork, proper timing, basic musical concepts and 16 figures. You will also learn to distinguish the differences of the 1 and 2 beats of salsa rhythm. The concept of timing will be emphasized in this class.

INTERMEDIATE SALSA II,III
You know the basics, now lets start developing a repertoire of patterns and combinations. You will learn technique on advanced leading/following, double turns, 6 intermediate figures, and 1 new figure every class. This class is focused on timing and framing. Students will learn to both lead (smoothly) and follow (quickly), and break on the 1 and 2. By the end of the semester, students will be able to perform 24 Salsa figures.
REQUIREMENTS: Students must have mastered the technique covered in the Basic and Technique class.
But you can enroll at any time and the cost will be pro-rated.

ADVANCED SALSA DANCING
(ALL LEVELS)
This intensive class is designed for dancers who have developed a mastery of Salsa fundamentals. Learn and apply the most advanced technique for footwork and figures that will challenge you and enhance your improvisational skills. Incorporate more styling, sharpen your partnering skills, and increase your understanding of the music. Each class introduces a new combination while building upon and reviewing class material from the previous week/month.

PERFORMANCE CLASS
Learn to choreograph, rehearse and perform to with a salsa flavor, the performance class will perform live on TV, and Stage and compete several times during the year.
